The story behind the ingredients we chose
Pea protein is especially suitable for muscle growth as it contains a high BCAA content. BCAA are three branched-chain amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine, which our body does not produce and that we can only acquire through food or supplementation. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25628520

In addition, it also has a high content of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iron, important in the practice of physical activity and recovery after it. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21977053
Hemp protein has a high content of iron, magnesium, phosphorus, thiamine, riboflavin, potassium and is a source of calcium and omega-3 fatty acids. Apart from these characteristics, it is also an excellent source of protein containing about 92% DR.
Chlorella is the queen of algae. A unicellular microalga capable of detoxifying the body from heavy metals and rich in vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. This aquatic plant has some incredible therapeutic properties. Much of the credit goes to the chlorophyll, which detoxifies and purifies our body and improves intestinal functions. It also strengthens and protects the liver and immune system. https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/agricultural-and-biological-sciences/chlorella
Spirulina is a purifying alga rich in protein and chlorophyll. It is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet, containing 65.9% of easily-assimilable proteins (much faster than red meat or soy), but it is also rich in iron, calcium, zinc and essential fatty acids. It also contains a lot of chlorophyll. Besides being an exceptionally nutritious and vitamin-rich alga, it is a very powerful and effective natural detoxifier. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3136577/
