How to use
Super Vegan Protein Peanut and Maca can be consumed in a shake. However, it can also be used as an ingredient in pancakes, smoothies, or porridge. It can even be added to yoghurt.
Orange and carrot protein shake
- 1/2 orange
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 banana
- 2 slices of raw beetroot
- 1 glass of water
- 1 tbsp Iswari Super Vegan Protein Peanut and Maca
- 1 teaspoon of Iswari Camu Camu and Acerola
- 1 dessert spoon of Iswari hemp seeds
1. Put the orange, banana, beetroot and carrot in a blender, add water and grind.
2. Then add the protein and the camu camu, mix again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Pour the shake into a glass and sprinkle with hemp seeds.
