Super Vegan Protein Banana & Vanilla has been designed to maximise your post-workout results, helping increase muscle mass and aiding a quick recovery. This mixture of vegan proteins with a high spectrum of amino acids provides 24g of vegetable protein per dose, including digestive enzymes and contains no added sugar (only the naturally present sugar).
The multi-enzyme complex improves metabolic health, especially intestinal health, and helps reduce muscle soreness and weakness after doing eccentric physical exercise.
Super Vegan Protein Banana & Vanilla provides 3.8g of BCCA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per dose. These branched-chain amino acids are deemed essential as they are crucial for the organism. They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

The story behind the ingredients we chose
Vegetable protein powder with a complete amino acid profile and which, in contrast to other isolate protein powder, retains an extremely dense nutritional content: it contains high magnesium, phosphorous and potassium content and is also an excellent source of omega 3.
Banana powder is a good source of potassium, helping to sweeten this protein.
Pea Protein is vegetable protein powder that is especially appropriate for muscle growth owing to its high content in BCAA (branched-chain amino acids: valine, isoleucine and leucine.
Acerola is a fruit with antioxidant properties, recognised for its high quantity of vitamin C. It is especially effective for sports nutrition. Acerola contains high potassium content, contributing to the normal muscle functioning and high vitamin C content, boosting the immune system during and after physical exercise.

It is probably the most important nutrient after a workout. When working out, the muscles are attacked and need to be repaired and rebuilt to become stronger. Delayed muscle soreness is caused by microtraumas that initially give rise to inflammation. After repairing the damage caused, the muscles adapt to the stimulus of exercise and end up being more resistant. Consuming protein helps transport the amino acids that provide the nutrients to repair your damaged muscles, stimulating recovery and growth.

Ideally, you should store your Super Vegan Protein in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Super Vegan Banana and Vanilla Protein should be eaten after training. As protein helps in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, it is right after exercising that muscles recover best when supplemented with protein. Protein intake is also a good strategy to increase satiety.
Add 4 soupspoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
