It is probably the most important nutrient after a workout. When working out, the muscles are attacked and need to be repaired and rebuilt to become stronger. Super Vegan Banana and Vanilla Protein should be eaten after training. As protein helps in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, it is right after exercising that muscles recover best when supplemented with protein. Protein intake is also a good strategy to increase satiety.
Add 4 soupspoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout!
