Gluten-Free Oats & Apple Pancakes
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of Gluten-Free Divine Oats Original,
1 baked apple,
1 tablespoon powdered cinnamon,
2 flax eggs
Topping:
1/2 banana from Madeira,
1 teaspoon Super Vegan Nut Butter - 100% Almond – Smooth
Recipe:
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you obtain a compact mass.
2. Pour small portions of dough into a hot pan and cook the pancakes on one side, then turn them over.
