Strawberry Protein Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
4 tbsp SUPERVEGAN BREAKFAST Strawberry Banana
100ml almond milk
1.5 cups fresh strawberries
1 banana
Method
Wash the strawberries and set half a cup aside for garnish.
To make the strawberry jam. cut the other cup of strawberries into quarters and add them to a saucepan over a medium heat. Use the back of a fork to mash the strawberries and cook for 15-20 minutes over a medium heat until the mixture has reduced and thickened to a jam consistency. Stir the mixture often to prevent sticking to the pan!
Add the SUPER VEGAN breakfast mix to a bowl with the almond milk and stir. Add 2 tablespoons of the strawberry jam and mix to combine.
Serve topped with the remaining strawberry jam, fresh strawberries and sliced banana.
