1. Preheat oven to a 170º C
2. In a bowl mix the chia seeds with the water and reserve
3. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
4. In a food processor mix the bananas, the coconut flakes, the agave syrup, the vanilla extract and the chia seeds
5. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
6. Spread the Mixture on a baking paper sheet in a baking tray and put in the oven for 20-25 min.
7. Let it cool and then cut.
