Ingredients

1 cup of cooked chickpeas

1 cup of cooked edamame

5 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil

½ lemon juiced

1 full tbsp. of tahini

1 tbsp. of hemp protein Iswari

1/2 cup of unflavoured soya yoghurt

1 peeled garlic clove Salt and milled black pepper Hemp seeds Iswari


Method

1. Add all the ingredients to your blender and mix until obtaining the right texture.

2. And that’s it! Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and hemp seeds as toppings Keep in the fridge in a hermetical jar.
