350ml of warm water
300g Bread Mix Protein Iswari
SV Nut Butter Almond
In a bowl, combine the total contents of this packet (300g) with 350ml of warm water and mix with a spoon for 1min until a thick, firm dough is obtained.
Leave the dough to rise for 30-45min, covered with a damp cloth or paper towel.
Transfer the dough to the desired shape or to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with seeds as desired and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy, either plain or spread with nut butter or legume and spice pâté.
