GLUTEN-FREE BREAD MIX
The ideal mix for making your own bread at home, with minimal preparation time, but without compromising on nutritional quality or taste. Using chickpea flour, lentils and delicious pumpkin seed protein, this Bread Mix has a high protein content. The Iswari Bread Mix formula results from the combination of wholemeal ingredients, without unnecessary additions. We wanted to maintain a simple and elegant approach to a food such as bread, which can be incredibly nutritious and filling if its essence is respected.
HIGH PROTEIN CONTENT
Chickpea flour, oat flour (gluten-free), lentil flour, tapioca starch, pumpkin seed protein, ground buckwheat, ground flaxseed, brown rice protein, hulled hemp seed, psyllium husk (Plantago ovato) powder, dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisae) and Himalayan pink salt.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE:
1: In a bowl, combine the total contents of this packet (300g) with 350ml of warm water and mix with a spoon for 1min until a thick, firm dough is obtained.
2: Leave the dough to rise for 30-45min, covered with a damp cloth or paper towel.
3: Transfer the dough to the desired shape or to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4: Sprinkle with seeds as desired and bake in the oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes.
5: Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes. Slice and enjoy, either plain or spread with nut butter or legume and spice pâté.
Gluten-free. May contain traces of nuts (almonds and hazelnuts), peanuts and sesame seeds.
