Recipe: Tofu Breaded With Hemp Seeds On A Bed Of Spinach

Ingredients

125g tofu 

1 small onion 

1 clove of garlic 

Olive oil 

Salt and pepper 

2 tablespoons Iswari hemp seeds  

1 tablespoon soy sauce 

Zest of a lime 



Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 

2. Arrange the soy sauce with the lime zest on a plate. 

3. In another plate, place the hemp seeds. 

4. Dip the tofu in the soy sauce and then run it over the seeds until they cover the entire surface. 

5. Place on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C. 

6. In a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onion and chopped garlic until golden. 

7. Add the spinach, salt and pepper and cook a little more. 

8. Make a bed of spinach, arrange the tofu on top and serve.
