Super Vegan Protein Banana & Vanilla has been designed to maximise your post-workout results, helping increase muscle mass and aiding a quick recovery. This mixture of vegan proteins such as pea and whole rice protein, with a high spectrum of amino acids provides 25g of vegetable protein per dose, including digestive enzymes and contains no added sugar (only the naturally present sugar). 


Digezyme®

Multi-enzyme complex of five plant-derived digestive enzymes – alpha-amylase, neutral protease, cellulase, lactase, and lipase. 


BCAA

Super Vegan Protein Banana & Vanilla provides 4.5 g of BCCA (leucine, isoleucine and valine) per dose. These branched-chain amino acids are deemed essential as they are crucial for the organism. They are present in all the proteins of the body, mainly in the muscle tissue, as they are metabolised directly in the muscles and provide energy for doing activity.

The story behind the ingredients we chose

Pea protein

High protein content, around 160% DR. Contains the essential amino acid lysine in a higher percentage than rice protein. It is especially suitable for muscle growth as it is high in BCCA. BCCA are three branched-chain amino acids, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, which our body does not produce and which we can only acquire through food or supplementation.

Brown rice protein

Banana powder (15%)

Banana powder is a good source of potassium, helping to sweeten this protein. 

Natural Vanilla Flavouring (2,75%)

Lucuma

Lucuma is a super-fruit with a unique vanilla flavor. It is a source of iron and zinc, with low fat content, being an energizer. Thanks to the slowly burning carbohydrates that are part of its composition, lucuma provides lasting energy.

The DIGEZYME® complex facilitates and makes the digestion of protein more comfortable. This multi-enzyme complex is composed of five plant-based digestive enzymes – alpha-amylase, neutral protease, cellulase, lactase, and lipase.

  • It is probably the most important nutrient after a workout. When working out, the muscles are attacked and need to be repaired and rebuilt to become stronger. Delayed muscle soreness is caused by microtraumas that initially give rise to inflammation. After repairing the damage caused, the muscles adapt to the stimulus of exercise and end up being more resistant. Consuming protein helps transport the amino acids that provide the nutrients to repair your damaged muscles, stimulating recovery and growth.

  • Many proteins contain artificial sweeteners, unnecessary ingredients, and harmful additives. Following Iswari's mission, we wanted a line of sports nutrition that respected the principles of 100% natural, additive-free, and plant-based. In essence, the best to support you in your training and your goals.

  • Ideally, you should store your Super Vegan Protein in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

  • Super Vegan Banana and Vanilla Protein should be eaten after training. As protein helps in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, it is right after exercising that muscles recover best when supplemented with protein. Protein intake is also a good strategy to increase satiety.

  • Add 4 soupspoons (approximately 40g) of Super Vegan Protein to 300ml of water or vegetable drink, shake well and drink after your workout! 

    You can also add it to smoothies, porridge or pancakes.
