Energy Truffles
Ingredients:
6 medjol dates
150gr of raw cashew
6 tablespoons of SUPER VEGAN BREAKFAST Carob & Hazelnut
1 tablespoon (10gr) of coconut oil
Recipe:
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind until you get an easy-to-mould dough that doesn't stick to your hands or fall apart.
Shape small balls with your hands until all the dough is finished.
Store in a tightly closed recipient inside the refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
