Ingredients:
1/2 cup of a raw cashews
1/2 cup of buckwheat
1/4 cup of almond milk
2 Medjool dates
¼ of a vanilla pod
1 tsp of Macaccino
Toppings:
Fresh blueberries
Strawberries
Incan Trail Mix
Recipe:
Soak the cashews and the buckwheat overnight or at least for 8 hours. Demolhar os cajus e o trigo sarraceno em água durante a noite ou pelo menos durante 8 horas. Drain the water and put both in the food processor with all the ingredients and blend until getting a creamy consistency.
Serve the cream in a cup with blueberries, strawberries and Incan trail Mix.
