Wheatgrass and walnut truffles

Tartufi di Erba di Grano

 

Ingredients:

 

1/3 cup of chopped walnuts

150 gr of dates

70 gr of dried figs

85 gr of almond butter

2 tablespoons (well filled) of ISWARI Wheatgrass Powder
 

Preparation:

 

Put all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the dates, and blend until you get a uniform mixture.
Add the dates and mix everything with your hands until the dates are well blended.
Shape the balls with your hands and roll them into the wheatgrass powder.
Store for 7-10 days in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen and consumed when desired.
