Ingredients:
» 3 Eggs
» 60 g of Carob
» 30 g of coconut flour
» 15 g of Ómega 3 Mix
» 2 tsp of baking powder
» 30 g of crushed hazelnuts
» Water (according to needs)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the hazelnuts. Mix with a hand blender.
Start adding water until you get the texture you want.
Pour the mixture in a silicon cake recipient.
Add the hazelnuts and fold in the mixture with a spoon.
Bake in the oven at 200ºC for about 20 minutes.
