More cocoa (and less chocolate!)

It is at the top of the list of foods with more antioxidant properties, it has a high content of vitamin C, it is an incredible source of fiber and even of serotonin. We are talking about Cocoa, a powerful superfood that we should always have at our fingertips.

But be careful, because when it comes to cocoa, many people automatically think of a chocolate bar: a huge mistake! Industrial chocolate contains a lot of refined sugar (a poison for our body), milk and many other things … except cocoa!

Our advice – as always – is to remove all processed foods from your diet and give preference to foods in their natural form. You will soon get used to the (delicious) flavor of cocoa and you will not be able to do without it!
