Recipe: Smoothie with Coffee, Almond Butter and Cinnamon

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas

4 tbsp. Awakening Bowl Reishi & Arabica of Iswari

1 + ½ cups of plant-based drink 

2 teaspoons Iswari Almond Butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 

4 ice cubes


Topping:

Exotica of Iswari

Cinnamon powder

Cream of Coffee (same proportion 1/1/1 of instant arabica coffee, coconut sugar and water)

Optional: dark chocolate chips and almond butter.


Method

1. Place the bananas, Awakening Bowl Reishi & Arabica, plant-based drink, almond butter and cinnamon in a blender and blend until a creamy smoothie is obtained (add more plant-based drink or water if necessary).

2. Preparation of the coffee cream: In a bowl, using a whisk (or blender), beat all the ingredients until getting a light creamy texture.

3. To serve, spread the 4 ice cubes and half a cup of plant-based drink on the bottom of the two glasses, then pour the smoothie on top.

4. Finish with the coffee cream on top, then add a pinch of Exotica and a pinch of cinnamon. You can also add dark chocolate chips and almond butter.
