Ingredients:
½ cup of Iswari Coconut Sugar
Fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
1 cup of water
1 cinnamon stick
2 orange peels
½ orange cut into slices
½ lime cut into slices
Ice
1,5 liters of water
Preparation:
Heat together the sugar, cinnamon stick, orange peel and water. Bring to a boil and keep the fire low until the ingredients completely reduce (about 15 minutes are needed).
Remove from the fire, filter and cool it.
