Some say they can’t live without caffeine. The same way some others say they can’t stand coffee as it causes arrhythmia, anxiety, insomnia and more…

However, caffeine is present in several foods, and as a matter of fact giving much nicer outcomes than in coffee. Clearly coffee as become a worldwide institution, yet only now we are discovering in the western world other ways to consume caffeine.

For instance, in Japan Matcha is part of people’s daily routine, which can’t be said about coffee.

We should also mention a highly energetic and healthy product which is a fruit! The fabulous Guarana.

So, what are the benefits of caffeine:

  • According to John Hopkins University’s research, caffeine increases short term memory
  • Caffeine burns energy. Guarana in brazil is often used to burn fat due to its high caffeine content. In other words, anyone wanting to lose weight might seriously consider consuming guarana
  • And it is an “energy booster”. People lose weight because caffeine burns energy… yet burning energy means it is also available to use, so enjoy and combine useful with pleasure. Go for a run, walk, workout following your coffee (without sugar, or better following your guarana or matcha.)
  • It Increases your state of alertness. In other words, don’t take caffeine before sleep, but instead during the morning and the afternoon as your level of focus will increase. In this specific case, Matcha is unbeatable. Its caffeine content is so well balanced with the other nutrients that it harmonizes your whole-body systems.

That’s it my friends, loved by some and hated by others, caffeine has in fact its benefits and, as far as I understand, if taken from Matcha or Guarana, people do indeed notice its great advantages and benefits.
