The Divine Oats Hazelnut and Cocoa is the ideal product to prepare your porridge instantly and quickly (without the need to cook it). In addition to gluten-free oat flakes, this mixture is enriched with ground seeds and buckwheat. Its ingredients, combined with the hazelnut butter, help you create a more creamy, nutritious and satiating porridge!


Ingredients

Oat flakes (gluten-free)(37%), ground buckwheat, hazelnut butter (100% roasted hazelnuts) (13%), ground flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, exotic [raw cocoa seeds (65%), coconut sugar], coconut sugar and cocoa powder (4%).

Oats - Oats are a naturally gluten-free cereal and the most common and convenient way to eat them is in flakes. In addition to having a high fibre content and being an excellent source of vegetable protein, the oat flakes present in this mixture have a high content of minerals such as magnesium, iron and phosphorus. Oat, which is the central ingredient of this breakfast mixture, is an excellent ally in the maintenance of satiety, in the control of cholesterol levels and blood sugar.

Buckwheat - Ground buckwheat is the second ingredient of this product. It gives the mix a relevant content of complex carbohydrates and fibres - combined with oat flakes, they are responsible for the high feeling of satiety that this breakfast provides.

Chia and flaxseeds - These seeds, in addition to being an excellent source of vegetable protein, omega 3 and minerals such as iron and calcium, are essential to give creaminess to the porridge.

Hazelnut butter - It has a high content of unsaturated fats which, when introduced into the diet in substitution of saturated fats, contribute to the maintenance of normal levels of cholesterol in the blood. In addition to these benefits, this ingredient gives creaminess and a special flavour to this Divine Oats.

Cocoa Powder - The cocoa powder and nibs add the intense flavour of this fruit to the mixture and, at the same time, contribute with its content of magnesium, iron and copper.

How to use it

Porridge: Add 4 tablespoons of Divine Oats to 90 ml of vegetable drink.

Yogurt: Add 2 tablespoons of Divine Oats to 125ml of vegetable yogurt.

Note: Garnish with fresh fruits and seeds.
