Gluten-free oat flakes (35%), ground buckwheat, peanut butter (100% roasted peanuts) (14%), banana powder (6%), coconut sugar, ground chia seeds (Salvia hispánica), coconut sugar, ground flaxseed, activated buckwheat and white mulberries.
